Foundation Repairs would like to remind everyone to double check that their sump pump is plugged in and ready for use as the water table will be rising with the warmer temperatures. Toughest job I've ever had to do.Over 100 feet tunnelled underneath the deck by hand . Not fun but got the job done leaving another couple of happy homeowners. Original weeping tiles were too low and were in the water table. Sump pump was constantly running also creating more sentiment in the tiles. Glad we got to the bottom of this homeowners issues!!

Full weeping tile job! Also had to change one wall as wall was collapsing. Insulated 4 feet out as per engineers specs.
