#brisket by the pound! Tuesdays moving fwd we are doing something new! Proper brisket served right off the smoker!!! We will offer it in 1/4lb, 1/3lb, 1/2lb in butcher paper w/ jalapeno cornbread and slaw for dine in and takeout. it will come, of course, with our bad ass bbq sauce. Every Tuesday until it's gone! #ramen now available @craftbierhaus! one of the first new items on our winter menu. noodles made from scratch, piping hot miso broth, porkbelly sous vide for 20hrs, garlic/spicy butter, shiitake mushroom, bok choy, sake/mirin marinated egg, corn, nori, radish, bean sprouts, chilli strands... if you're a fan and have been missing ramen... you have got to try this! we are particularly proud of this first style...with more styles to come. a creation from Chef Vidler
