Want to make your audience feel seen and cared for? Is there an easy and free way to nurture your client relationships? Oh yes there is! We know that you care so much about your clients/ customers but do they know that? Maybe they bought from you once and then you disappeared off their radar. One way to do this is to set up a nurture email campaign. A nurture email campaign is a great way to show your audience that they matter to you.... A nurture campaign has two main components: value and consistency. You need to show up regularly. Just like you, your audience has a lot going on! They probably aren’t always thinking of you (even though you’re great ). The other thing you need to do is to offer value. You don’t need to give away everything for free, but give people a reason to keep opening your emails. Use your expertise and shed some light on your field! In our last nurture email to our audience, we shared a bunch of ideas for nurture campaigns, based on our client and follower’s industries. Want in? Just comment and we’ll send you the list we created!

The words on your website have a very important job to do: captivate, persuade and convert potential clients into raving fans. Is your website doing its job? We think it’s just plain wrong that you’ve paid for a website that isn’t working. ... In fact, it bothers us so much that we made a whole video about it. (We accompany the video with, you guessed it, some written words.) Take a look and get a full rundown on why the words on your website matter, and how making a few tweaks can make a big change for your business. https://craftedcommunications.ca//why-the-words-on-your-w/

Are you sending emails for your business? You should be! We’re not saying this to add another item to your to-do list. We’re saying it because email marketing w o r k s. So why is email marketing so important for your business? We’re so glad you asked Here’s why:... -consistently showing up in your ideal client’s inbox means that you’re top of mind when their needs match your offer -industry consensus is that an email address is worth about $15 to your biz (you’ll see why in a second) -you are 60% more likely to make a sale via email over social media (this is why) -when you email, the valuable content you worked hard on won’t get lost in the Facebook/ Instagram algorithm -when someone gives you their email address they are inviting you into their inbox! They’re expecting to hear from you. Show up for them. Not sending any emails? That’s okay! Take this as your sign to make your fashionably late entry. We will dive into different types of email series in later posts, but a great place to start is writing a warm welcome email for newcomers to your list. Introduce yourself, your business and give them a reason to open your next email.

Will you walk the dog before or after coffee? What pants will you wear? Top? or for breakfast? Will you meditate today? Answer emails first or dive into client work? Every day we are faced with a humongous amount of decisions. Did you know that even when the decision isn't important, it is still slowly deteriorating your ability to make decisions later in the day? It's called decision fatigue, and it is a REAL THING. ... This is even more true lately when most of our daily habits and rituals (things that actually reduce the number of decisions we have to make) are being disrupted - we're having to make THAT many more decisions a day. The result? We're extra tired, and by early evening we're probably looking for an easy way out or picking convenience over quality. As business owners, we use a few tips that help us keep our brains feeling good. 1) Brain dump. Every week, we start by writing down everything we need to do. It gets it out of our heads and onto paper, which makes us feel better and helps us organize what is most important. 2) We schedule what days we will tackle what tasks, and whether we will do it together or individually 3) We respect the plan (and ourselves).

May is here! Well, May has been here for a few days, but you know what we mean. Use these dates to generate content that serves your following! There are so many tips and tricks when it comes to social media, but something we learned early on that always serves us well is to offer more than you’re asking for. One person described it as the jab jab jab, cross approach (pretend we are skillfully punching). Every jab is an offering that answers a question, provides guidance, gives a tip, etc. The cross is then when you ask (Ie make a sale). When you focus most of your attention on providing value, the sales will come a lot easier.
