After 18 months I thought I would flex my new shoulder and shake off some photographic rust. Today from the Barnett Marine park.

We will all get through this together.

To clarify. Normally when you use on camera flash you get red eye in the resulting photo. If you get white eye you should get your childs eyes checked as the article suggest it could be a sign of bad things.

So the journey continues. Working out diligently trying to gain my strength back. I had my bicep tendon repaired. A slow recovery but it is coming. Enjoy the picture in the mean time.

So havent given an update in awhile. Shoulder feels really good but ridiculously weak. My physio just assigned me weights to do. A combo bicep curl into a shoulder press. Starting weight? TWO POUNDS! First time out failure at fourth rep in the third set. Couldnt lift it anymore. Not an inch... The insulting part?... stupid things are PINK!!! No photo description available.

12 weeks in! I can now get my arm past my shoulder! Woo-hoo! Slow and steady. Every day better.
