Attention Cranbrook Parents and Female hockey players!!!! There is something in the works that is VERY exciting for female hockey athletes! A group of female hockey leaders and advocates from the East Kootenays have formed East Kootenay Female Hockey Association. This association will allow us to start the formation of at least 1 team in each division under 1 single brand - as soon as the 2021/22 season! We want to keep our talent within the Kootenays and allow them to grow ...close to home. Currently, we are asking families (including future players!) their ideas for branding - names, logos, colours, etc! We encourage you to: 1. Like East Kootenay Female Hockey Association fb page, and share it with your peers. 2. Give your ideas regarding branding on a recent post. Maybe have your girls draw a logo?! There will be SWAG (jerseys, hoodies, shirts, etc.) - so let's make sure we look awesome! If you have any questions, please contact Randi Morrison at [email protected]
