Well, i have held off as long as possible for this post. Mainly due to unchartered territory and i wanted to implement a procedure that made sence as well was feesable. That being said, Due to Covid-19 the staff and i have taken the following percautions. 1. All customers keys are disinfected upon receiving them. 2. All counters, door handles, and payment machines are disinfected between customer interactions ... 3. All customer steering wheels, interior door handles, and leather seats are disinfected upon first interaction with vehicle. 4. All incoming paper work and parts are isolated for 24hrs when possible. As well as all parts personnel are to use the appointed doors to isolate contamination to the office area. 5. Staff are to consistantly wash there hands ( fortunately this step is easy being our line of work ) We are expecting business as usual and our customers and staffs saftey is our first priority. We are not expecting any delays in parts. How ever i have a sneaky suspicion we may expect delays in tires in the coming months.
