Our Valentines special menus have always been popular and this year, we wanted to share with you one of our favorite ways to enjoy food with those we love. Tapas - a series of small plates that are meant to complement one another, yet be flavorful enough to stand on their own by using the finest and freshest of ingredients. Our menu is a culmination of some of our signature items accented with some Spanish, Portuguese and It...alian influences. Da Vinci's Gate have now been opened at the Lake Simcoe Regional Airport (YLS) for just over a month now and we are beyond grateful for your support so far! Today it was announced that the Simcoe Muskoka Region will move into the Red Zone. Our holiday plans are a moving target and a stress for us all. A virtually connected holiday may be how many of us will be celebrating this year. Gathering around a long dining table is replaced with the kitchen table but it doesn’t mean that it can’t be meaningful and special.
