It’s time to do our 3rd and final lower body workout of the challenge. This Day 19 workout is low impact but don’t be fooled; it’s still intense. I used 12lb and 25 lb dumbbells but I did make a note to go a bit heavier next time. Let me know what move you like the most. My favorite is the staggered stance deadlift! If you are just getting back into fitness, try to hold the side plank instead of adding in a crunch. ...You can also stay low to the ground during the weighted jumping jacks and still get a great arm burn. Today is our last LADDER WORKOUT of the 21 Day Challenge and due to overwhelming demand, the ladder is DESCENDING:) There is no equipment needed for this workout, you can do it ANYWHERE! Our DAY 16 DESCENDING LADDER starts with eight exercises (30 seconds each) and we drop one exercise each round until we only have one left! Some of the exercises are very challenging while others will allow you to breathe. Breathing is key during this workout because it’s a tough one!
