We are opening Tomorrow! Tuesday June 2nd at 9am! We are so excited to see everyone again and get back to doing what we LOVE to do. 24-48 hours before your appointments, all clients will be receiving a detailed email explaining all of our policies and procedures we have in place. ... Here is some key information for you to know! ~ We have all completed multiple training sessions on proper cleaning and disinfection so we are completely confident we are keeping us all safe. ~ To follow WorkSafeBC and the Ministry of Health Guidelines, we will all be wearing masks while in the salon. Masks will be mandatory to receive services. ~ We are supplying you with a mask for free ~ We are NOT charging a C19 PPE fee. We are supplying everything no charge. ~ We will be asking everyone to sign an agreement that states - I have not been out of Canada within the last 2 weeks or have been asked to self isolate. - I have not been in direct contact with anyone in isolation or quarantine in the last 2 weeks. - I have not displayed any C19 symptoms in the last 2 weeks -I agree to adhere to all the safety protocols laid out by CRC salon. - I agree to not make negative or rude or sarcastic comments to any of the CRC staff about the high level of safety standards set in place for everyones safety. The failure to sign or the inability to honestly adhere to our protocols will result in refusal of service on that day. ~We will be following social distancing as much as possible by controlling the number of people in the salon at one time. ~We have removed several chairs and the waiting room bench. ~ We have stretched out the appointment times to allow us adequate time to disinfect our workspaces and tools for our next clients. ~ We ask that you allow more time in your schedule for your salon visit to enable us to ensure everyones safety. ~ Yes we are shampooing ~Yes we are blowdrying ~ For the month of June we will not be enforcing our late cancellation policy. ~ There will be a full charge applied to any no shows. ~ We are accepting payments by Debit, Visa, Mastercard and E-Transfer. ~ and the most important: we can hardly wait to see you all again, get our fingers into your hair and talk to you! Hello Everyone! Well it is looking like we will be able to open as of June 2nd as we hoped! So everyone with appointments.... rest easier knowing that we wont be calling you to cancel and rebook yet again! We are working hard to get everyone in as soon as possible and confirm appointments that are already scheduled. If you have an appointment- and we can get you in earlier (if someone cancels) we will call you. ... Please be patient with us as we have 10 weeks of cancelled appointments to book in- and we know that everyone wants in as soon as possible. We are trying our best! Right now, our senior stylists are booking into July. We know that this is frustrating to hear. We do have a list of everyone that is hoping to move their appointments forward ~ but clients need to cancel first for those appointments to open up! We are at the salon everyday~ deep cleaning and disinfecting, reorganizing and receiving orders of all our PPE. Our supplies are trickling in day by day. We are feeling confident and will be ready and feeling safe for our team and for all of you by June 2nd. We will be posting our New Policies and Procedures early next week. All clients will be emailed this information 48 hours prior to their appointments. This will explain what steps we have taken to keep us all safe, and what we need you all to do while in the salon. Hello everyone, We had a ton of phone calls and emails and texts after the news brief on Wednesday! Here is our update. We truly do miss you and we really do want to get back to the salon and see you all- however- ... To be 100% sure we are keeping everyone safe and healthy, we are still only booking appointments after May 30th as mandated by Dr. Henry. (June 2nd) We have been trying our best to be prepared for a safe and responsible reopening but until specific guidelines are laid out, we will be unable to announce an official reopening date. Please be patient with us as we wait for proper guidance from Dr. Henry, and get ourselves prepared with the necessary equipment and new policies and procedures that we will be implementing. **If you already have a June or July appointment booked- please wait for us to call you for confirmations. If we are able to rebook you for an earlier day- we will. If you do not currently have an appointment booked in June or July- please call and leave a message to be added to our call list for booking appointments. I promise we will be trying our very best to work with everyones schedules and get you in as soon as we are able. We will be going through the schedule one day at a time so your patience is really appreciated. We will take care of all of you. We promise! In the meantime- Stay Home- Stay Healthy! We are still temporarily closed for services as per Dr. Bonnie Henrys Provincial Health Order released on April 22nd.... https://www2.gov.bc.ca//covid-19-pho-order-personal-servic With this current order in place, we will not be opening for services until at least June 1st. We have to wait and see what happens over the next few weeks and see what Dr. Henry says. We currently have no idea when we will be open again. ~We are booking (tentative) appointments for June and July so if you do want to have an appointment in place, please call us at 250.758.6995 ~If you currently have an appointment booked for May- we will be calling you to rebook for a future date. ~If you prefer to not book an appointment at this time and would like to be on our call list, phone us to let us know. In preparation for when we are able to open back up- we are revisiting our already thorough disinfection practices and creating additional policies and procedures to ensure we are all safe while we are together in the salon. Once we have confirmation of an opening date, we will be posting our full information list of our new policies and procedures as well as emailing it to anyone with an appointment. While we currently cannot perform services on your hair- we are still here if you need any products! All of our retail products and hot tools etc. are all on sale at least 25% off.
