The difference between a food from a restaurant and at home. One is designed to stimulate and entixlce your tastebuds. But has little real nutritional value for the amount of calories consumed. The other can be no less tasty, but with controlled ingredients to support your nutritional and wellness goals. Doesn't mean you must avoid the first either, just understand and balance it against the rest of the day.
Best option is to not use the scale daily. Weekly or every two weeks is best because there will be results if you are putting the effort in. Also the scale becomes less important after a bit. Especially if you are weight training as well. The real measurement is how you feel abs how your clothes fit.
It's about balance and understanding what you are eating. But it is also about living and enjoying your life.
