Last Tuesday, CREATE hosted and setup the first ever meeting of the Cornwall & SDG Chapter of the Southeastern Ontario Angel Network. The event attracted almost 30 local angel investors and was the first of its kind in our region. The 3 companies that pitched that night are raising money to help grow their businesses and hire right here in Cornwall/SDG. ... We are currently working with 15 local companies on investment readiness - and events like this are a game changer for them and our economy.
