I am energy

Last week while out for a walk I found a black and golden feather with an orange shaft. I have no idea what type of bird it came from but I think it was the most beautiful feather I ever held. It was mystical and magical and made me happy like a little kid. Unfortunately, it never made it home with me. l have chosen to believe it was not meant to be owned. I don’t get sick. Or at least I do not recall even having a cold in the past 5 or 6 years. I credit much of that to saying and believing I do not get sick. Our thought Energy and our words are very powerful. I find if I take care of my spiritual side, my physical and emotional health follow suit. As with the majority of my intuitive paintings, I never know what I am creating. I just go with the energy until the canvas takes on some type of recognizable form that tells me a story or relays a message. I call this piece Googling inside a healthy body. Just a bunch of T cells and B cells doing their part to keep a virus under control. I love the vibrant energy and the positive feelings. No worries, it’s all under control. Nature just doing what nature does.

I told my heart to be joyful in the midst of doubt and fear. We need to change our vision. Focus on our higher selves and higher goals. We should be manifesting miracles instead of divisions. This weeks energy painting was a two person effort. A wildly creative friend started a painting and asked me to finish it. I call it the Upper and Lower Worlds. It speaks volumes to me about what we seek and choices we make. I hope it speaks to you as well.

It may appear that we are battling over the right tools to fix or build something, but our real problem lies in our original creation. Where one group thinks we are building a church of wood and the other thinks it is a temple of steel. Under these plans we will continue to argue over the tools for eternity. No tools chosen will make logical sense to the other. For we never had a common goal. We were both right about the tools for our own objectives, but mistaken in our per...ceptions. If we all stepped away and looked again we would see the insanity of our folly. We would see we had no reason to be at war, for it was an argument over problems without merit. When we forgive our misunderstanding, we can go back to our original plan and find the resolution we had always dreamed of. All we need to do is get together and determine what it is we are creating. What can we build that encompasses the needs of all? We must be honest in all parts of the design. if there are hidden agendas and sacrificial lambs then we will not be able to build a lasting peace or piece. When truth is laid open and bare, then we will build a structure that will be stronger than anything we have ever created and it will endure the tests of time. If we truly want to build a world of peace, love and harmony, we need to learn to start listening to each other without fear taking the stage. The only way we remove fear from the equation is by starting with forgiveness. It never was about right and wrong, it was always about communicating a shared objective for all. This weeks intuitive energy painting is filled with hope and promise. It tells me to focus my energy on exciting and positive changes. It tells me celebration and wonderful days are here. It reminds me joy is in our hearts and our thoughts.
