Playful Art At Home Week 4 sneak peek! I am just too excited about this project not to share it with you a little early! Amelia and I had so much fun exploring holes this morning as we built these little butterfly gardens that just embody the season of spring that I can feel in the air! *** If you would like to join us for this class we still have a few spaces for the spring session of Art at Home Classes!

The Studio is still in factory mode as I put together material kits for Virtual Art at Home Classes, Sensory Bins and Play Dough Kits. Currently Regulations do not allow for us to operate in person classes in a way that would allow us to freely explore.

Now Open For Registration! For those of you who missed out as virtual classes sold out incredibly quickly I have Opened another Session for both Playful Art at Home and Artful Creations At Home! Material Kits will be ready for pick up March 16. *** 6 classes full of painting, sculpting, building and play! Classes are prerecorded so you can watch them at your leisure and your child is able to work at their own pace.

Oil and Wax On Canvas Another recent commission that I haven’t yet had the chance to share, also done for a very special family. *** Yesterday I shared a commission and had such a large response. Thank you. I had not realized that I haven’t made known I am also a practicing artist. I will try and be intentional about sharing some more of my own work. To be honest I could not really imagine doing what I do with out my artist back ground. So perhaps I lumped it all into the s...ame territory. *** You will notice I work in multiple different styles mediums and disciplines within the fine arts field, not quite the desired norm for a gallery artist, who is expected to stick to their brand. I couldn’t seem to find happiness in the commercial world making one type of work so I left it behind. It is the variety that makes it fun for me, and after all if we aren’t making art for the the joy of it why continue? See more

Today’s Painting, waiting to dry. *** If you don’t already know I think family painting sessions are incredibly special! It isn’t difficult to see why when looking at this product. However the true beauty is found in the process of a family collaborating.

The bin filler going into the materials pack for Playful Art At Home is just so gosh darn pretty! *** It has taken me a while to come around on virtual classes, but I am so proud of what I have put together, and can’t wait to share it with you!

Remember this lovely project way back from Exploring Art Class?!
