Feeling isolated? Watch the new episode now. The connection through devices is nice but it isn't the same as connecting physically. And this isolation can feel tricky, bring more fear, more depression and negative feelings. We highly recommend checking on your mental health and emotional balance, for you and your child(ren).... Reach out to us if you need support to step out of this isolation and act to plan reconnecting with your friends/family.

Some conversations with your child may feel uncomfortable. Yet they are important. It's not about giving the perfect message to them, it's about starting a conversation so they can participate in the discussion and why not lead it. And you can both be educated on the topics. Always as long as you're patient, you learn to listen, observe and care. It's about your posture as a parent to welcome any discussion, to teach more empathy, to keep being educated, to spread more love a...nd peace, to open the gate of trust. Let's be conscious parent, let's raise conscious children.

This article can help you understand how to talk to your child and when. In the light of the current events, and because I've been asking myself how to talk to my own children, and because of our backgrounds my husband and I, I found it useful. It's about taking responsibility to be educated as parents, to better explain concepts, events and actions to our children, even if it feels uncomfortable.... Please share it around.

In many cities and countries, schools are closed. Some schools are getting organized to continue providing support for the educational journey of the children. It's also important to understand that a child never stops learning. She can learn from doing things she enjoys and when she plays : building her own Lego creations (visual, math, physical skills), reading books (developing language arts skills...), cooking (math and chemistry skill...). There is a lot happening while ...learning through play. If you assist your child by providing tools, resources in her play if needed, you'll be surprised by all the things she'll be able to learn. Go watch my last Youtube video about "Learning Through Play". https://youtu.be/aULzukMzPXU
