Our friends were busy playing with some animals and naming them while making the noises of the animals. Miss Anna made sure everyone knew the game plan and how to care for the animals. What great leadership skills! As you can see her friends are very intently listening to the game plan

Our friends are doing such a great job at recognizing the different letters in the alphabet. Zachary did a great job identifying these letters even though they can be a bit tricky as they sound very similar. Way to go Zachary

We love to get messy and create!

We like to call these friends the welcoming committee They worked together to line up all their chairs, sat down and were waving at all the cars driving by. We noticed some BIG trucks and all sorts of different vehicles. We also had fun saying hello to all our friends as they arrived at daycare!

Everyone is in the Christmas spirit here at the center! Yesterday we had fun painting our Christmas tree for our class and decorating some ornaments for them. Today we’ll be putting our tree up on the wall and decorating! it’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas

The afterschoolers are having so much fun making murals for our walls!

Open ended materials are fantastic for children’s learning and creativity! Today we grabbed as many materials as we could and our friends set to work making wonderful artwork. They did a great job working together as a team, complimenting each other’s work and encouraging each other’s creativity!
