Who Likes Pop Tarts? Kids and I had these for breakfast with some lovely pear on the side! They are cherry pop tarts with a cinnamon glaze!

OMGness!!! I think I did it! An actual gluten-free doughnut not a cake doughnut!!! They are beautifully layered inside so fluffy and so delicious. They are not hard, and not dense. Can I get a raise of hands for gluten-free donuts!!

OMGNESS!!!!! I am so surprised these turned out the way that they did! These hoagie rolls were fluffy! Very delicious tonight with chicken salad sandwich!! Can I get a hand up for anyone that wants to try them?

A full day of baking yesterday! Homemade Olive Garden gluten-free breadsticks, soft and chewy peanut butter cookies, dough for sandwich buns, and dough for making donuts. Raise your hand if anybody wants to try them?
