It's #InternationalTeaDay! A study from the University of Alberta found that a splash of milk in a cup of tea can help keep your teeth pearly white. Another study found that black tea is capable of killing cavity-causing bacteria. Acidic teas like fruit teas are known to wear away teeth. Like everything, enjoy them in moderation.
