Update: Danny’s surgery was postponed until tomorrow November 11th Hello CMFL! Danny needs some prayers and warm thoughts sent his way! Monday morning at 9am he is having his foot amputated due to his diabetes. Please let everyone know that may know him. As one of our retired umpires he has been a fixture in the CMFL for many years. He deserves our love and friendship at this stressful time. I will keep you updated! Thank you!!

A huge thank- you to our President, Roscoe, for all the hard work he put into getting this 2020 Covid19 season up and running! Who would have thought we’d have a fastball season this year? From permits to schedules to diamonds to meetings to fences to feeding the masses after all is done! It is all greatly appreciated by all teams! Job well done!

CMFL Labor Day Weekend playoffs start Friday! Come out and support the teams and support AWRA- Assiniboia West Recreation Association and their beer gardens! Don’t forget to grab a hot dog or burger from Al’s cart! . Please remember to social distance and sanitize your hands and lets keep everyone healthy and safe! Good luck to all the teams! Sunday after the final game the CMFL windup will be held with awards and food in the beer gardens so stick around!
