UPDATE AS OF NOVEMBER 3rd 2020 With the new code-red restrictions set in place for Winnipeg, our clinic will be reverting back to a closed-door approach for routine services. This includes; Annual examinations, vaccines, nail trims, suture removals, etc.... Although encouraged to follow a closed-door approach, clients bringing their pet in for an examination due to an illness or injury are allowed to accompany their pet as long as they are wearing a mask, and are following the self-isolation rules put in place by the province of Manitoba. One owner will be allowed in for this appointment and will be required to answer Covid-19 screening questions prior to entering. Euthanasia appointments will allow for two family members. Remember that the door will remained locked, please phone when you arrive for your appointment. We will meet you at the door and bring your pet in for their examination. You will return back to your vehicle and wait for the doctor to phone. Please do not leave the parking lot! As always, for food and prescription pick up; please call ahead to request your order and make your payment over the phone with a Visa or MasterCard. Once you are in our parking lot, please call and a team member will bring the items to you. . If you need to pay by debit or cash, please phone from outside and we will invite you in after answering some screening questions. We have Plexiglas dividers up to shield you and our staff.
