His wine tend to be more fleshy and concentrated with intense steely and flinty minerality we crave from top Chablis.

We call them Crestwood Staples. Here are at-a-glance notes about the summer winners. The Red One. Foris Pinot Noir from Rogue Valley of Oregon. Beautiful red fruit basket marries well with moderate influence of French oak maturation. Medium-bodied, it has fine structure and lingering fini...sh with mineral dustiness. Foris is a texbook Oregon Pinot Noir elevated with some depth typical to Sonoma expressions. Add your favorite charcuterie selections for a perfect patio. $36.95 The White One. Les Perrieres Monopole by Gadais Pere et Fils from Loire Valley, France. Terroir-driven white from Melon de Bourgogne grape, that is almost entirely grown in that region. It has incredibly round mouthfeel due to prolonged lees ageing supported by phenolic intensity of only best years when this gem is made. Enjoy ripe pomelo and lemon notes with distinct chalky minerality. Despite being approachable now, this wine will easily hold a couple of decades in the cellar developing incredible complexity. Exclusive to Crestwood! $34.95 The Rose One. Corsican rose wines just begin their journey in Canada yet already conquered our hearts. Being excellent alternative to infamous Provencal rivals, Domaine Casa Rossa is composed of 70% Niellucciu (native to Corsica) and 30% Grenache. Erupts with granite, white peaches, cherry blossoms, and balanced with mouth watering acidity. This wine is very difficult to beat for the price. $24.95 The Glass One. With International Chardonnay day coming tomorrow we will be pouring some of the fantastic Glen Carlou Quartz Stone Chard and filled with plenty more Chardonnay from all corners of the planet.

Pouring some fantastic bottles today! 2015 Botani Moscatel from Malaga- with lovely aromatics, minerality, and stone fruit. 2013 Guerrieri Rizzardi Bardolino Superiore DOCG- just 1 hour west of Valpolicella DOC, this region is allowed to enorporate up to 20% of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Marzemino, Barbera, and Sangiovese into the blend, making this a beefed up Valpolicella.

What a treat! Today, from 3-6, we will be sampling three wines from one of our favorite producers, Norman Hardie. Pouring the County Chardonnay and Cabernet Franc along with the Niagara Pinot Noir. It is also worth noting that these wine are gernering international attention from leaders in the world of wine Antonio Galloni, Steven Spurrier, MS John Szabo, and Jancis Robinson. Pouring this magnificient and famed producer's Barbera D'Alba this afternoon. Aldo Conterno is a famed Barolo producer whose top level Gran Bussia Barolo commands some of the highest prices in Barolo. This is an outstanding Barbera aged in 100% new wood that soaks up the oak with ease. Due to it's incredible geographical location phenolic ripeness is acheived without 'over ripe' brix (sugars) and Aldo Conterno is able to craft a Barbera in a league of it's own.

Featuring some incredible wines from paths less traveled like Bandol Rose, Wachau Gruner Veltliner, Puglia Negroamaro, Rosso Piceno from Marche, and, a grape that needs no introduction, Chardonnay from Sonoma. $150.00 all in for these outstanding wines! "It's just wine, drink it"- Charles Smith, the maker of the delicious single vineyard viogner from K Art Den Hoed Vineyard in Yakima Valley that we will be pouring today. The Valley is actually known for growing much of the hops produced in the United States (about 75%), so why not the incredibly floral and pungent viogner? This former rockstar manager is doing just that: Making Rockstar wine with this Rhone grape.

This brilliant and rare grape varietal, Trousseau Gris, that grows incredibly well in California and is, apparently, the only varietal block left is a 10 acre plot in the Fanucchi Wood Road Vineyard in the Russian River Valley, that arrives tomorrow! Wind Gap sources fruit from this small plot and creates an intriguing wine that is herbacous, mineral, and floral with hints of lime zest and excellent acidity to balance the floral power of the varietal.

Domaine Comte Abbatucci Rosé from Corsica has become one one of our all time favorite wines to drink, regardless of the wines color or price. When talking about the great rosé of the world, this wine must be part of your conversation and if I were to pick a favorite, this would be in the discussion. This Rosé is produced from Sciaccarellu vines planted on pink granite which helps to create one of the most age-worthy, unique and complex Rosés on earth.
