Incredible Cabernet Sauvignon and Bordeaux blends coming out of the state of Washington. The Champoux Vineyard located in the Horse Heaven Hills AVA, of which all these producers and Quilceda Creek are partners in the 175 acre vineyard that was first planted in 1972. This vineyard is a true gem that produces fruit that is full of character. The fine, favourably not over-ripe, fruit is matched with beautiful acidity. These are powerful and precise wines that showcase restraint that is far too hard to find in the USA.

Thew 2015 Innis & Gunn vintage brew is locked away in a time capsule. Only 8,000 bottles were produced and we are lucky to get our hands on this brew that intends to showcase beer-aging potential. https://www.thedrinksbusiness.com//innis-and-gunn-brews-1/
