Today we are featuring some of our products From New Age Products. www.newageproducts.com Did you know we are a retailer and installer of these great garage cabinets. They come in different colours sizes and series. Featured here is the premium plus black series. Extremely durable can handle excessive weight and look great. Also we have covered the floor in a tan base with a sand colour chip blend so even when the floor is dirty it looks clean. This garage floor was poured on 4 pillars causing heaving and cracking, we were able to fill and grind all the cracks and once the floor was poured you couldn't even see them.

Here we have what was a very dammaged floor, we used a perminant concrete repair, our product works so well we can diamond grind it in about 2 hours after pouring it. The inital problem with this concrete was the lack of proper water drainage, and spalling. Most likely from no air entrainment in the concrete, and a poor top finish. But with the right products and skill we made it look great again.

Here we have a 2 car garage with our garage floor coating system coated with polyaspartic and vynal chips. As you can see there was lot of prep required, We diamond grinded the edges and walls to smooth everyting out and acid washed the floor. Also we fill in the control crack joints to give the floor a seamless look. Takes a total of a 3 days to complete

This garage is located in Penhold, We build our garages from start to finish from the foundation to the roof. We worked closely with the Home Owner to find out the purpose and function of this garage before we designed and built it so that it would suit all their needs. Well here are some of the details of our show garage is 28'x30'x10'6" . It is an over-sized footprint of 840sq feet with an engineered footing, slab on grade. There ar...e many features to list and a lot of thought and design for functionality goes into our garages. Here are a few to mention. First the cabinets you see here are from New Age Products. It is the Premium Plus Series. We are a local retailer and installer for Central Alberta. These cabinets are of great quality and very affordable with comparable pricing to what you get at Canadian tire, but much nicer. They are topped with stainless steel counter tops but are also available in butcher block. They also come in a variety of colors and finishes. The heating system is a radient In-floor heat with boiler. The Floor is coated with a Polyaspartic chip floor coating, Side mount garage opener. Humidity fan with sensor, Barn fan for fast venting, Custom compressor setup. 20amp plugins, welder plugins, USB plugins everywhere. Exterior pot lights, motions lights, RV Plugins.
