BoxFit HIT Womens Group First class back was a beauty! We had a couple no shows- and one person is starting on Friday, but the energy was great and the class was a lot of fun! (For me anyways).... Drop in's are now available as we have 2 spots open. $20/drop in Mon/Wed/Fri If you enjoy the class and want to register, we have a prorated rate that will be much more economical than the drop in rate.

Hello everyone, Exciting new! I will be hosting couple classes at the Comox Valley Boxing Club while we await flights to open up back to Nicaragua. One of the greatest lessons I have learned since stepping away from the fitness industry is that, true health is about more than just the foods you eat, and the exercises you do. Testosterone is mans best friend. When your levels of testosterone are the highest (late teens/20's) you feel like a champ! You have more energy, more virility, less body fat, more muscle tone, and you feel stronger and more confident.... As we age, our testosterone levels decline and we start to notice slow but subtle changes in our bodies, sex drive, and a loss of strength. The great news is, there are incredible ways to increase and improve your testosterone levels naturally. Specific exercise, deep sleep, test boosting foods and natural supplementation can elevate your ability to uptake more free flowing testosterone already available in your blood stream. They can also increase your testosterone production and in some cases directly convert to testosterone in the body. This is a topic I took very seriously. I had to correct my testosterone levels naturally, as to be able to conceive our daughter. Vanity: Its what drives the fitness industry. But in the winter months when you are fully clothed, when you are tired, stressed, and low on energy, you aren't going to give a shit about how you look in the spring.... If you want to succeed in your fitness routine you need to transcend vanity and train for vitality. When you see exercise as a way to FEEL GREAT RIGHT NOW, you will be much more inclined to workout then if you are trying to motivate yourself with how you are going to LOOK LATER on.
