Amazing how time flies. Two and a half years ago I was forced to make the hardest decision of my life. Retiring from professional hockey. It was not something ...I could have predicted, it was not something I thought I would ever have to do so young, but today I am extremely proud of my decision Two years ago @dianesuave and the crew at @rcssports helped me share my story I realize today how precious life is. I understand you only get one shot at this. Sports related or not, I’ve been through some difficult times. Mental health doesn’t warn you, it just happens It pains me to hear of people suffering unnecessarily right now due to government restrictions. January and February can be very gloomy months. Take a minute away from your TV, your Tablet, your social media or from watching CNN. Pick up the phone and call your friends, your family and simply tell them you’re here for them. Whether you think they need to hear it or not. Everyone does Today I live a fantastic life and it’s because of the people I surround myself with. I don’t watch the news, I don’t follow covid numbers. I wake up everyday and am thankful for what I have and you should be too!! I hope this documentary has been and can be eye opening for some. I hope it can help you open up about what may be going on inside. I hope you have someone you can trust to share your feelings with. Happy New Year! Nothing negative about this New Year’s post! 2020 was what you made of it, and personally, I took advantage of every second of everyday and have nothing put a positive outlook on the year!... Everything from having the opportunity to meet and work with some great people, expanding into off ice training which was a huge success, beginning a new venture into selling Real Estate and having the busiest year in Elite Hockey Training’s existence!!
