Doing some home workouts for the next while. I have a super simple way to do cardio without dealing with the cold and rain. I hold 5 pound weights and jog in place and watch YouTube lol I do 3 minutes on, :45 seconds off. Works surprisingly well lol
This drives me up the wall. This isn't the best exercise to burn belly fact. Hate to break it to you, but you can't target your belly fat when working out. It comes off wherever it wants, and everyone is different. Diet and cardio works way better. Please don't fall for this crap.

Life lessons: bring a orange or some fruit to the gym. I went a little too hard and felt like throwing up. Usually means your blood sugar dropped too fast. I was on the floor for about 15 minutes, but after I ate it like an apple i felt instantly better lol the more you know

Nasty little workout I did yesterday and made someone do lol start heavy and keep dropping the weight until you get 100 reps of each with as little rest as possible.

Just got back from a morning run and refueling with a light breakfast. A common problem that people have with diets is they overcomplicate them. When I was trying to lose weight, I became overwhelmed with the amount of diets there are out there. Keto, paleo, plant based, carnivore, etc. I then realized that it was more important to stop eating junk food, learn to read nutrition labels, and drink more water than concerning myself with picking a specific diet. Theres no magic pill or powder that will do this for you. Just eat healthy, dont overeat or snack, and exercise. You control what you eat.

Added a band to her kettlebell swings. Also went from 18 pounds to 40... just a tiny jump lol BUT LOOK AT HER ARMS! #shreddies

Another 5k done. Better time than last time. You run faster when your baby is getting cranky and you realize its almost nap time. No rest dad! Get movin!
First run in a few days. I slipped as I was giving my boy a bath and SLAMMED all my weight on 1 knee. Feels good today tho. With injuries, dont hate yourself for having to not workout, even in the middle of a program. Youll hate yourself if even a minor injury gets worse by pushing it
Nice healthy lunch. Duh. Easy 20 minutestir fry with leftovers and whole wheat basmati rice. I also love green onions, so dont judge me cause of the amount I use! Also as much garlic as my girlfriend will allow me to use
As a new father, I find time to mix 2 worlds I love: my son and fitness. So before he goes to have a nap, we get some cardio in. Its a win win.
