We’re really excited about this new release! We love being a part of this beautiful town and wanted to pay homage to it. This is our lightest offering yet (we’ve been listening to those requests). At 355 ml and 4% abv, Almonte Ale is a beautifully light and refreshing ale to help usher in summer. A pretty easy going and approachable ale. Cheers! New release!! Spruce Tip IPA is the first in our Foraged Flavours series. Using spruce tips from Cedar Hill Christmas Tree Farm, this 5.9% amber-coloured ale embodies the fresh awakening of spruce that happens each May. You'll discover aromas of wild honey, fresh spruce, citrus rind, and spicy florals. On the tongue you'll find fresh spruce, earth, sweet orange, with a lovely lingering resin bitterness on the finish. Try it with lamb, bison, charcuteries, sharp cheeses, grilled seasonal asparagus, fresh mango, and warm figs. We recently paired ours with grilled daylily shoots (topped with toasted pine nuts, aged parmesan and balsamic vinagrette). Cheers!
