Less talk more let's get right at it... Subs are easy....use what equipment you have and weight....135/95 max...finish those overheads. .. Conditioning get outside and get some fresh air with a few 400m's. ...thrusters are meant to be light! Wallballs will work as well!... Get at it.... Also private FB page etc....email about location and how to coming out this weekend. Enjoy!

Let's put some good effort into the strength today folks....use the structure with what equipment you have ...shouldn't have to say it...be utilitarian and creative if you need to be. Take care of all A, then B etc... WOD easy. ...do what I always tell ya....work hard for the 3 min interval....keep it legit and earn your break period. 3,2 1! Get at it!... Pretty straight forward folks ....dial in the correct weight for the capacity work....don't rush it! Focus on each cycle 3 reps at a time. As for the as cash out when's the last time we ever just did 8 rounds. ..go for max reps per round and do what you all do.... let me know how many rds and reps! Been a while folks for a nice Saturday chipper .....if not enough change it up and make it a time restrait "as many reps as possible". For example 20 mind etc. ..be creative with your sub's. Lastly let's see some #'s on the Saturday challenges .....who can beat 94 Quality push ups in 2? Hey folks another solid one.....work and substitute with what equipment you have access to. Weight selection should be where 1st set is between 12-15 reps max effort! Record down your effort for each round and try to maintain as close to possible for each round expect the volume to drop by a few per round which is why 1st set high volume focus is strength CAPACITY! Easy enough folks....for the lifts pick a weight according ...this is your lifting for the day so you know the deal here....if you don't have access to heavy focus more on tension movement's. ..don't forget your CFK roots and use what you've been taught! 40 mins of Amnesia folks. Put ypur focus on the get ups, single arm swings for power, squats for full ROM and of course push ups. CFK spice make the push ups kettle bell push up or bottom up. Enjoy!
