Home WOD Homework 07.09.20 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 Reverse Lunges... Sit Ups *5 knee Jumps After Each Round Hot as B**** today! Even hotter than yesterday! So once again, here is a WOD you can do in front of your A/C blasting. Legs, glutes, core, explosive athleticism! *Scale or sub/modify the #kneejumps to Broad Jumps or even Glute Bridges(10-15). You can also scale the lunges UP to Jumping Lunges. **Train like an athlete... whether you are one or not! Train to be awesome! Agility, coordination, balance, accuracy, strength, speed, explosiveness. A Barbell is a great tool for this, but under these current circumstances so are the WODS we've been posting and some less common but very functional and effective exercises. **Warm Up well before you start. **See Demos in Stories.
