"Honestly, I have been telling myself I need to do something like this for a long time now. I was tired and lazy all the time as a result of the way I was treating my body. I could just never get started. This has turned my life around in the way I feel on a daily basis. I don't know if I would have been able to start without Kaitlyne joining me every day. However, once I committed I was serious about it. I go to bed at 9:30, lights and phone out and read for half an ho...ur. I get up at 6:30 naturally and I feel great! I make coffee and read. My workout daily is a sweat and I make it challenging. I've cut out sugar and have been eating healthy, it has blown my mind the amount of sugar and crap I used to feed my body. The amount of takeout I would get or not even think twice about a sweet with my coffee if drive-thru. I have had no booze and I was drinking too frequently since lockdown. I can honestly say I have not felt this good and healthy in a long time. Kaitlyne tells me I am looking amazing daily. I know these lifestyle changes will stick for me when this challenge is done because I feel like myself, energized, happy! However, day 46 I am eating some good sh*t and having some beers! I want to thank you for putting this together. It's the best investment I've made in a long time. " - Shane

Physiotherapist Jen Bladon & Coach Andrea Kearns are pairing up for another 4 weeks of Pelvic Floor Workshop! Join our comprehensive program to support a women's health approach to health and fitness. We have unique needs - especially in the pelvis and core. Learning to breathe, move, strengthen, and support our bodies (no matter our stage of life) is essential. We will be running the pelvic floor workshop on Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:15am for the next 4 week starting nex...t week. Each session will be 1 hour at $45. The cost of the assessment ($90) and each session can be submitted to your extended health care benefits. Contact Jen Bladon to book a physiotherapy assessment if you area new patient. We’ll be doing Ship on Remembrance Day tomorrow! Canadian Forces Sgt. Prescott Shipway, 36, of Esterhazy, Saskatchewan, Canada, assigned to the 2nd Battalion, Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry, based in Shilo, Manitoba, Canada, was killed on Sept. 7, 2008, by a roadside bomb in Kandahar Province, Afghanistan. He is survived by his wife, DeeDee; son, Hayden; and daughter, Rowan.
