We try not to get political, but in this case it’s remaining harder and harder not to. MPP Roman Baber wrote a very well thought out letter against the lockdowns citing statistics with references and even offered a suggested exit strategy. The response from FordNation? Remove him? Is this the type of government we’re leaning towards? Is true progress not found through a collection of ideas? This is scary... For those who are curious, I will post the letter in the comments.... Taken from the article: Ford calls Baber's letter "irresponsible" and accuses him of spreading misinformation. In the letter warns of the rise in addictions during the lockdowns and that mental health is suffering. Is this what we call misinformation??

These data further support the important relationship between cardiorespira...tory fitness and health outcomes. Patients should be encouraged to regularly engage in aerobic exercise to maintain or to improve their exercise capacity. Future studies are needed to determine whether improving exercise capacity is associated with lower risk of complications due to viral infections, such as COVID-19. I am Paleo I am vegan I am keto I am carnivore I am gluten intolerant ... All these things are labels, they give us identities and make us feel warm and fuzzy but what they don’t do, is teach us consistency. Anyone who sees success with any of the above labels, what they will all have in common is consistency. You’re encouraged to do whatever works for you, just remember this stuff takes time to do right. So you have to see it through to the end. See more
