Kurtis completed his flexibility/mobility and strength assessments over the course of two personal training sessions with Coach Dave. As a retired professional hockey player, he was able to adjust to the CrossFit classes easily. Through the assessments, we have been able to determine some areas to work on which will improve his performance. All our coaches got together as a group to work on some s handstand push up skills early Friday morning. @coachcodi, Coach @jessv680, and Coach @dan0bullock worked with Coach Dave on strict handstand push up drills first then moved onto kipping handstand push up drills. Coach Dan got his first kipping handstand push up within the hour of working with Coach Dave and all of them were able to fine tune the foundational aspects of the movement.
