We are very excited to announce that Katrina Smith and Ben Borg of Married to my Macros will be teaming up with CFSD! Kat has a nursing background in which she spend the majority of her time in cardiac health. This background has helped her recognize the importance of prevention and optimizing quality of life. She is an experienced CrossFitter and Olympic weightlifter, and is currently is a Int. IV level Olympic Weightlifter. Ben went through a journey that took him from being 120kg in his teen years to now being an 85kg Olympic weightlifter. With a background in functional bodybuilding, Ben enjoys finding different ways to push those he works with in a manner that is both challenging and enjoyable - from first time gym goers to the experienced athlete. He finds fulfillment in helping those in similar situations to that he was once in. Offering not only nutritional guidance to clients but also behavioral strategies, mindset coaching and easy to implement ideas. We are very grateful to be working with Kat and Ben. During our geek-out meetings over tea, it became very clear that they would be a great fit in the CFSD family. They bring a great deal of experience and care to their clients. You will be seeing them around the gym over the upcoming weeks, be sure to say hello!
