What makes a great workout? Is it the amount of time you spend at the gym, the amount of weight you lift or number of calories you burn on a cardio machine? What if we went into the same 20 minute workout with ‘glass half full’ rather than glass half empty’? What if we viewed that 20 minute workout as not just 20 minutes but instead as a full 20 minutes that you dedicated to yourself. If we are a little more gentle and Positive with our approach to life, will our goals appear that much closer to reach?

I’ve always been intimidated by social media. Now that I’ve ventured into having my own business, I’ve realized how important media is to promote myself. Through venturing out with exposing myself to the world of Facebook and Instagram, I have seen growth in my self confidence and self contentment. Through this process, I have learned we are all fearful of something; but it is through conquering fear we find growth in ourselves. Change doesn’t come from being comfortable. Make yourself uncomfortable. Push yourself to places you have always feared.
