Some of the info in this study are very scary that people, sometimes unknowingly, put their babies and toddlers in situations that their dogs are not comfortable with. This is how bites happen. Learn how to properly read your dog's body language and don't expect your dog to tolerate a small child. Any dog can and will bite if they are pushed to. https://www.companionanimalpsychology.com//people-mistaken

Our dogs don't live long enough as it is. Some are lucky to make it past 10 years old. Having your dog at a healthy weight throughout their life will help to make their senior years better. Here are a few tips to help give your dog a long, healthy life by keeping them at an ideal weight: weigh your dog and palpate ribs/hips regularly - know what your dog feels like... portion food according to your dogs metabolism and lifestyle/activity level, not necessarily what the bag says - every dog is individual weigh or measure the food accurately on a daily basis - 1 cup = 8oz = 94g not a "solo cup" or "scoop" feed a high quality food that caters to your individual dog's needs I am a huge advocate of having dogs at a healthy, fit weight. If your dog is overweight, or you aren't sure if they are at a healthy weight, I may be able to help you.
