I USED THE AMNESTY PROGRAM... LOOK WHAT HAPPENED! Trump's Transition Tax scared the hell outta me, my passport renewal was due, and my friend filed herself and got a $10,000 fine! THAT WAS ME, MAY 2018.... Hey, I'm Anthony, I'd been putting off catching up on my U.S. tax returns. I wasn't even sure if I had to file, I was worried about penalties and I resented the fact that I had to file in the first place, so I kept putting it off. Obviously, those excuses weren't going to help if anything went wrong, so I took the plunge and signed up with these guys for the Streamlined Amnesty program. I did my own research and decided it was the easiest and cheapest way for me to catch up. HERE'S WHAT HAPPENED... I didn't have to pay any U.S. tax at all. Not a single cent in penalties or late fees, thanks to the Amnesty program. I only had to go back and file 3 tax returns even though I was 8 years behind. WANT THE EVEN BETTER NEWS? I got a $6,000 Child Tax Refund from the I.R.S. REAL MONEY IN MY HAND, NOT A TAX CREDIT. If you have children under 17 with U.S. citizenship and S.S.N, you may be eligible for this refund without paying any U.S. tax. I missed out on at least $8,000 in further refunds by putting this off, because you can only backdate refunds for 3 years Click LEARN MORE, find out if you need to file U.S. tax returns. DISCOVER if you qualify for the I.R.S. Streamlined Amnesty program and the Child Tax Refund. THERE MUST BE A CATCH, RIGHT? I paid a fee to use the Amnesty program, but the payment plan made it easy for me to get started. The REFUND was huge compared to the cost. They're doing next year's tax return for FREE. I had to fill out a questionnaire which took me a while, dig out some old payslips and local tax documents, it wasn't too bad, and future years will be much easier. The I.R.S. will not confirm the Amnesty program for 2019, so use it now, while you can! Click LEARN MORE and find out. I THOUGHT THIS U.S. TAX STUFF WAS FAKE NEWS... Hey, I'm Jacob and I've been seeing this U.S. tax stuff on Facebook for over a year, and frankly... at first I didn't believe it. WHY SHOULD I PAY TAX TWICE?... I thought if I was supposed to file U.S. tax returns, I'd know already, and why I am learning about it through social media. Anyway, I got talking to some other Americans, I did my own research, I even called the I.R.S. and it turns out that you do need to file U.S. tax returns when you're living in Canada. Here's what I found out... 99% of Americans that work in Canada need to file a U.S. tax return each year. Less than 1% pay double tax, most only pay Canadian tax. If you have kids, you could be eligible to get a refund from the I.R.S. without paying any U.S. tax... sounds strange... I know. WHAT IF YOU'RE YEARS BEHIND WITH FILING... I was 8 years behind and caught up, it's much easier than you think. The I.R.S. has a temporary Amnesty program for American citizens living abroad to help them catch up. I didn't have to pay the I.R.S. a single cent and I'm totally U.S. tax compliant now. DON'T PUT THIS OFF... Check out this Amnesty program... it's only around for a short time and you'll kick yourself if you miss it! Get all the info right here >>> https://bit.ly/2Kkxe8v <<<

BREAKING NEWS - Wall Street Journal - July 2018 At least 362,000 Americans with overdue tax debts will be denied new or renewed passports if they don’t settle their debts, the I.R.S. says. I.R.S. Division Commissioner Mary Beth Murphy said in late June that for now U.S. authorities are denying passports rather than revoking them. So, many tax debtors with current passports should be able to travel abroad, but they won’t be able to renew their passports with debts exceedi...ng $50,000 in taxes, penalties and interest. The temporary IRS Streamlined Amnesty Program is the EASIEST and CHEAPEST way to become fully U.S. tax compliant. WHY YOU SHOULDN'T WORRY ABOUT CATCHING UP: 1 Most Americans in Canada don't have to pay any U.S. tax. 2 Via the Amnesty program, file just 3 years of tax returns no matter how many years behind you are. 3 The IRS promises no fines and no penalties. 4 If you have children under 17 with SSNs, you may even be eligible for a U.S. refund while paying zero U.S. tax. WHAT DO THE EXPERTS SAY? Andrew Landin Expat US Tax CEO "This is the tip of the iceberg and the start of a new era of international tax reach. The net is closing tight for Americans living overseas. People need to take advantage of the last Amnesty program while it's still available. With FATCA in play, the days of living outside the U.S. anonymously are pretty much over." WHY YOU SHOULD ACT NOW... The Streamlined Amnesty program is only temporary and will close. This special program makes it significantly easier and much cheaper to catch up and become fully U.S. compliant. Over 200,000 U.S. citizens filing tax returns from Canada are missing out on the US Child Tax Credit Refund! Why? Because they think aren't eligible! ... Many US citizens INCORRECTLY believe: You can only claim a US refund if you've paid US tax. You're not eligible to claim the refund if you file tax returns from Canada. It's only a tax credit, not real money in your pocket. The TRUTH is: Your children must be under 17, living with you and be dependent upon you in the tax year you're claiming the refund. They must have had their Social Security Number issued before the tax deadline. The claiming parent(s) generally needs to earn enough income to pay Canadian tax and also earn less than 90,000 CAD$ per year, although these numbers vary from one person to the next. The refund amount is up to $1,000 USD per child, per year. You can still claim for tax years 2015, 2016 and 2017 even if you've already filed! Too many people listen to well-intentioned friends and family members when it comes to international U.S. tax. Book a FREE call with one of our US-Canadian tax specialists today. Discover if you're eligible, see how much you could claim. No sales pitch. Just help. Book Now... Click the button below or on this link >>> https://bit.ly/2HZ9dnY <<<

WARNING TO AMERICAN CITIZENS IN MEXICO The I.R.S. just got me! Hi, my name is Jay, when I crossed the border into Mexico I didn't even know I had to file US federal tax returns.... I was paying tax in Mexico and I thought that's all there was to it. Three years go by, a friend tells me that I'm wrong and I should have been filing U.S. tax returns the whole time. Still unsure, I called the I.R.S. I explained I was only earning a moderate income and paying tax in Mexico. They said it didn't matter, they said I was almost 6 years behind and that I really ought to back-file my returns and catch up! PANIC-STRICKEN!!! I'm worrying about late fees, a mounting tax bill, penalties for being late and interest charges building up. After lots of research, reading and phone calls, I found out about this special IRS Amnesty Program that was designed specifically for Americans living abroad that had fallen behind on their tax returns. It's called the Streamlined Offshore Filing Procedure, it's an official IRS Amnesty Program and it basically fixes everything and makes catching up so much easier!!
