Today is World #braille Day. World Braille Day helps spread awareness of braille & reinforces the importance of creating accessible communications. Did you know that the mathematical version of braille is called the Nemeth Braille Code? The Nemeth code is a Braille code for encoding mathematical and scientific notation linearly using standard six-dot Braille cells for tactile reading by the visually impaired. The code was developed by Abraham Nemeth in 1952.
