My clients were lucky enough to sail on Celebrity Cruises Edge with the first ever sailing with an all-female bridge and hotel officer team with Captain Kate MCue leading the way. The cruise departed March 8th on International Women's day and the cruise itself was actually a full week of international Women's Week special events. They said Celebrity maintained such professionalism with what was slowly developing outside of the ship and the cleanliness was above and beyond a...ll expectations throughout the week. An extra special mention was the great hand wash station at the Oceanview Cafe, which is the main buffet on the ship. Lastly, Captain Kate McCue was a clear leader and was personable as ever (which she is highly known for) by negotiating changing of ports and being available with great open levels of communication for the passengers during this week which they were all lucky to have squeezed in.
