Warning... Rant on the way... Covid-19 is not over because the gov't decided to deconfine. If a store has procedures in place to protect it's customers and sta...ff, you don't like it stay home... Stores that supply outdoor, summer everything (garden centers, pools, building materials) are low on staff and swamped with customers wanting to spend quality time in back yards this summer. If you are told to wash your hands, or that children need to be supervised at all times and NOT touch anything, it is your responsabily to adhere to those rules. Do you want them to close du to infection.... Just because you are wearing a mask, does not make you and everyone around you safe. Dear customers, Now that the season is in full swing and the great weather has finally set in, I would like to share how Crystal Clear Pools is dealing with the unprecedented demand we are seeing during this pandemic period. First off, our teams are working very hard to serve every customer the best they can. The number of requests, orders and queries has increased drastically over the last couple of months and our teams are doing everything they can to answer all of them.... That said, the answer to your request or question might be delayed due to the increased volume we are all seeing within our industry. One of the most challenging aspects of our business this year is inventory. While our inventory levels were very high going into the season, they are now at the lowest point that we have ever experienced due to unusually high demand coupled with reduced production and extended lead times from many of our vendors. We are doing everything that we can to replenish our inventory as quickly as possible, however we truly are at the mercy of our vendors and their ability to meet our demands. Please know that we are doing what we can to support you and are equally frustrated with the challenges we are all facing. We do appreciate your patience and support during this difficult period.
