RMM is a form of self massage that teaches you how to use a variety of grippy, pliable rubber balls in order to identify your body blind spots. This training will awaken your body sense and heighten your awareness of your own tension, pain and coordination in order to interrupt dysfunctional movement patterns and become more accountable for the way you carry yourself! There are currently 32 Roll Model Method Practitioners across Canada, 19 of them are in Ontario (mostly Toronto and Ottawa area)...but yours truly is located the furthest North and is the ONLY one in the Sudbury area!
