Greetings and Good Afternoon! Just wanted to send a reminder of the Monthly Sunday Yoga session this week, March 15 at Centerpoint Yoga Therapy - 15600 Cliff ...Ave, White Rock.. as always, we will start at 9:30 12:00 with a fee of $35. This month we will focus on balance of body, mind and Spirit in light of the upcoming Spring Equinox on March 19th. The Equinox is the perfect balance of light and dark, day and night and representative of all the areas in our lives we can bring to balance. The center of our Energy System and our internal balance point is Anahata Chakra, The Heart. We will work with the energy of The Heart and all its wisdom as we listen into the silence for our next best step to balance and wholeness, coming back to ourselves and Oneness!
