It's always a good feeling when you are continuously in the top 3 Carpet Cleaners of Lethbridge. We've worked hard to be where we are and Proud to continue to serve the great citizens of Lethbridge.

The office will be closed early on Friday July 31st and for the weekend and Civic Holiday Monday. We will be back to work Tuesday at 10:00 am.

I don't usually read roast and toasts, but a customer told me today he read about us in there. This made my day. Thank you to who ever sent it in.

During the COVID 19 crisis, your health is our main concern. Staying home or postponing your cleaning does not mean you need to go without your favorite carpet spotter. If you are needing a refill on your spot remover, we would be happy to drop it off at your door step. If you don't already have our spotter, Please call us and we would be happy to leave one for you as our business card for future work. We can also pick up your area rug while we're at it. Lethbridge, Coaldale & Coalhurst residents only. If your further out of town, please call to make arrangements when we can meet at the office. Be safe, stay healthy!

In these uncertain times, we want to personally address the COVID-19 and the steps that we as a business are doing. In our office we will be using disinfectant on touch points such as doors, light switches & debit terminal, etc. On the job site, we will practice social distancing, eliminate hand shaking, disinfect equipment used in your home between cleanings, use of gloves, disinfect vehicle touch points, etc.... Your health is important to us! Cleaning is a major method to keeping you & your family healthy and should not be sacrificed during this time! To keep you safe (& our staff), we ask that if you or any member of your household have recently returned from travel outside Canada or have symptoms - (cough, fever, fatigue or difficult breathing) we ask that you self isolate, call 811, and postpone our cleaning for a later date. There are some that need our cleaning services done for various logical reasons such as immune-compromised individuals (who should be cleaning very well before this really hits our local area hard), or maybe it's a move in or out situation, or illness etc. We will do our best to accomodate your needs. If you do not fall in the above category, and have an appointment currently scheduled and thinking of cancelling. We suggest that instead of cancelling it that you postpone the appointment at a later date to ensure that you get priority when the risk subsides and the demand for our services increases again. As we get closer to the date, we can reevaluate and decide whether to go ahead or move it further out. In the mean time, we are still actively answering calls & returning messages during work hours. However, our office door may be closed more hours than normal and we ask that you call prior to coming and arrange a time when the office will be accepting items needing to be cleaned. Many of our cleaning processes and normal cleaning formulas already include agents that reduce bacteria and viruses automatically. We remind you that all leading advisors to the COVID-19 situation, strongly advise the frequent use of 'soap & water'. Cleaning regularly helps! Twas the night before the carpet cleaning and all through the house, mom was picking up and preparing while dad was on the couch. The kids were nowhere to be found, the dog was making another mess. Good thing they had decided to hire the best! The appointment time came and not a minute too late. Up pulled the van, and mom screamed, "This is gonna be great!" Up the driveway they came, two professional men, Dressed in uniforms was Con and his partner Ken!... The cleaning was great and the dry time was fast. I thought to myself, FINALLY, at last!
