Registered physiotherapist and certified yoga instructor, Jami Crook, will meet with participants ev...ery week from the comfort of their home via ZOOM. What a great way to reduce anxiety and build strength and balance! $100 for 10 weeks. FYI: Both classes are available to the entire community. Exam Care Packages are being given out today at REZ and tomorrow at the college near receiving, by the circle in the front of the lobby outside. Come and pick up your FREE Exam Care Package compliments of the CSA.
