We have been out for the last week doing repairs on roofs to keep water out until insurance companies can settle up from the wind storms we received last week. We have been replacing and covering skylights from Nanaimo to Victoria. Tarping damaged houses and structural repairs where trees are falling through roofs. We don't normally offer emergency services but have been working every day except yesterday and today. I hope all of my fellow Vancouver Islanders have had a peace...ful holiday. We had wonderful weather for just one day last week but that's all that was needed to do this wonderful opening unit in Chemainus. Off to Victoria this week to install some Suntunnels

Installed two Suntunnels in Ladysmith on Monday. A cost-effective way to light up windowless areas!

When we get called out for a leaking skylight, we go into the attic space to find the source. A skylight that is not properly installed can leak from several areas including the flashing. It is important to take the time to determine the cause of a problem if you intend to solve it. We find the cause of the problem and take the worry away. We properly install skylights.every time so they will not leak.
