WORD tip: Both Word 2007 and 2010 are missing the lower X at the top-right corner of the screen typically used to CLOSE a document. If you click the only X there is you close the PROGRAM. To avoid this use the keyboard shortcut W (short for weeeeewere done). It will allow you to save the document (or not) just like the (missing) lower X and remain in the word program.... Works but is not needed - in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
