We just need to give one of our wonderful member's a very special shoutout. Right before our very eyes, this woman has overcome some pretty impressive obstacles at CTC. From her great fear of heights to just completing one of our hardest monkey bar obstacles!! She continues to challenge herself and grow(not literally at all, in fact, shrunk) into a person that we are in awe of. The family of CTC Obstacles refer to her as "The Beast" but for everyone else, she is known as Shirley. Her drive and focus has not only inspired us at the gym but also her family. We absolutely adore you and your positive, refreshing, personality. Thank you for your constant support and showing us that "You Can"!

NINJA KIDS starts this week! And we have just a few spots left! There's room on Saturdays at 1030, for monthly passes, or a couple spots for individual passes on Tuesday and Thursdays! Our 6 ft workout boxes (with 6 ft spaces in between) are ready for you to come sweat in! Adult classes resume tmw at 10am!! Saturday at 9am and Sunday at 10!! (Classes must be signed up for ahead of time!)

Soooo who has been sitting around for the last weeks waiting for the gyms to open, wishing they could send their kids to a playground, everyone needing to burn all the extra energy!!?? CTC is here for you! We will begin indoor adult classes on Saturday, July 18th. And kids class the week of July 27th.
