Hola, It's almost Folklorama time again and we are asking for your support once more as a volunteer at our Cuba Va! Pavilion 2013. We are located this year at the Notre Dame Arena 271 de la Cathedrale Avenue and will be running from Sunday August 04 until Saturday August 10. The pavilion opens on the long weekend. We will be open earlier and having late night parties on the opening night as well as the closing weekend. The kitchen at the arena requires volunteers the week pri...or to the opening of the pavilion as well. Please see the attached application for the hours that volunteers are required. It will be a challenge to provide enough volunteers for these hours given that many of our volunteers work. For those of you that have flexible schedules, we would really appreciate any extra time you may be able to devote to these earlier and late night shifts. Please see the information below about the pavilion and its program this year. And come early on the first day (August 04) or the day before if you would be able to help out setting up. The volunteer's role in the pavilion is fundamental to its success and we are looking forward to working again with you to make this year's pavilion even better.
