Too many men are struggling; leading lives of quiet desperation. For men, the norm is to "tough it out" and keep silent about their struggles. Only a minority get potentially adequate care and counsel for mental health. This leads to drastic consequences that affect multiple aspects of life for men. Mor...eover this creates a large burden for close friends and family. This month, we aim to raise awareness among our families, friends and peers at school. Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember CUBCAPS is joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's healthin prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.
