Sunday’s are perfect for slow roasted dishes and this week we have an extra special one originating from #Parma Rosa di Parma. Parma is the birthplace of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and Prosciutto di Parma, and both these iconic products are featured in this stuffed roast - wrapped in veal and slow cooked in wine, broth and herbs.
