#bellletstalk - you are not alone in this fight, you are loved, you are enough I am here for anyone who is struggling and needs an friends to just listen! I am thankful to the friends who have been brave enough to opened up about their mental illness to me, its helped me finally feel comfortable to also seek help. well I'm just going to take a second to talk about how much mental needs to be accepted. I've always shared my physical health issues with everyone no problem, w...hile in the midst of acting strong in my physical pain, I was hurting myself by not sharing that there's so much I am battling then physical issues. I never felt comfortable sharing that I struggled with anxiety & depression, I always felt as if someone would think I'm seeking attention due to the fact that I can put a smile on my face for others & that i strive to make others to feel comfortable they wouldn't be able to understand why me bubbly out going Michaela is actually not happy. Which is something I yet to understand either, I have an amazing life, amazing parents & family, friends but these irrational feelings are consuming & they are constant and feel never ending. I've finally have taken steps forward to better my health, and I'm terrified & just want to hide. I'm not allowing that anymore! I am here for ANYONE who need to talk you are so loved See more
