Terrific to see our event receiving prominent recognition in today's edition of "By Blacks. Canadian Black Owned Everything". Thanks! Got a minute? Read today's headline article, "23 Black Canadians Making Us Proud Right Now". In this fresh analysis, Rad Dockery states, "The fight against racism and discrimination can be extremely frustrating. View Hallie Ndorley’s original artwork and meet Joe Dickson this Saturday at Speak Up! Speak Out! Our Voices Matter! Big shout out to Ajax-Pickering MPP for inviting me (Esther) to the official Ontario celebration of Black History at the Ontario Legislature. For the past nine years, our annual Black History program in Ajax has promoted diversity, inclusivity, and Black history throughout the region. We worked with Joe to feature Hallie Ndorley and his marvellous artwork at ...the Legislature. Born in Liberia (West Africa), Hallie resides in this region and is certainly an important contributor to our cultural expressions. http://www.hallieaarts.com/meet-hallie/
